Pros
Honestly, the stress of not being able to pay your rent on time far outweighs any pros that the job had.
Cons
I worked here for only a short 9 months and paychecks were either wrong or late every single month. Frequently by 2 weeks or longer. Do not work for this company if you're the type of person who enjoys getting paid for the hard work and hours that you put in.

I've been with the company a little of a year now and can honestly say I've never felt more appreciated at a job before. The owners, upper management and my direct supervisor would give the shirt off of their backs to help you (and that's not just because we're an apparel company and have a few to spare). Employee morale is something that is valued and management is constantly asking for feedback for incentives to drive sales goals. Food trucks, check. Personal cars cleaned inside and out, check. Dogs in the office, check.
Cons
With schools being the main source of revenue, it's a given that back to school season can get a little nutty.
