equensWorldline - complicated international environment
Pros
I work in the BE equensWorldline office in Brussels: - Nice environment with "family feeling" - Very flexible employer: work-life balance focus and 2 days per week home-working - No discrimination - A lot of opportunity to move to another position / evolve in your function - International environment with many opportunities - Autonomy + responsibilities provided to the employees (Nice opportunity if you like to be independent) - Overall good salaries (of course individual exceptions exist) - Interesting industry
Cons
- Continuous mergers/acquisitions without change management or employee coaching - Complex international environment in which structure is not clear: who does what? - Focus on cost cutting: cancelled/few company events - Focus on short term results - Focus on commercial goals - low affinity with implementation / IT delivery process
