Leadership is terrible, Packages never arrive on time to customers, Lots of angry calls, Always looking to make you the fall guy in the situation.

It was good for a while with management trusting decisions of their skilled employees, but that stopped and its why I left

Cons

They did really great business during the pandemic, but I think they ket their wins really go to their heads
