      Pros

      It was good for a while with management trusting decisions of their skilled employees, but that stopped and its why I left

      Cons

      They did really great business during the pandemic, but I think they ket their wins really go to their heads

      Pros

      Great people, have an amazing vision and truly work to bring it to life. Training year round is offered and career advancement opportunities available. They believe in their teammates and the culture is one to admire.

      I truly dont have any to share that are of value.
