Pros

Some people are nice, and a few times a year vendors come with food.

Cons

It's a tattletale environment with very poor and unorganized management. I would never go back to work here. They say they are family run and care about you, but it doesn't take long to see this is not the case. Micromanagement is a lifestyle here. You don't even have a chance to take care of a customer before they make you answer another call. Then, they make you deal with the customer later, when their angry. Do not work here.

Pros

There's a X-Mas party once a year.

Cons

For starters, you have to pay for the alcohol at the X-Mas party (ha!). You work on a static schedule (some late nights and two weekends each month). So basically, you're on par with a fast food worker. It's a high school atmosphere. You are constantly being compared to your peers, and in the end it doesn't matter because it takes a lot to get fired from here as they are desperate for employees. They hire in waves because the turnover is high. Turnover is high because the pay is low, there is no room for advancement and there is quite a bit of micromanagement now. Etrailer sells trailer parts. That's literally all there is to it. It's a place where people work while they're looking for better opportunities.

Horribly Unethical Company

Pros

Flexible work schedule, no micromanagement,

Cons

They post everyone's pay and performance stats each month in a department-wide email. What's worse is that you can bust your hump and still have poor stats, which leads to poor pay. It's also humiliating and demoralizing because you're ranked next to your fellow employees and have no power to change it. Your pay rate will be calculated according to the alleged amount of sales revenue that your content brings in, which is calculated by the head of Content. You are not permitted to see how the number is generated and expected to believe the number to be accurate. Their pay system blatantly favors married employees with children over single people which is totally discriminatory, but unfortunately, not illegal.
