Pros
Fiyuu, a company I've been working for for 8 months. I went through a process where I was quite satisfied with the payouts.
Cons
I have some problems with not being treated like a human being in the working environment. The behavior and attitude of our manager are quite bad, and this situation negatively affects my motivation to work.
