      Pros

      frogs legacy is long & storied and being a frog makes you a part of it. You get to work with some of the best in the business and take on big challenges from large & noteworthy clients.

      Cons

      The best days of frog are behind it. much of the vibrant culture and rebellious spirit of frog has been sapped due to attrition of some of the best & brightest leaders and creators within frog. Poor leadership from the over-involved and un-informed parent organization has caused a bad situation (of the current economical crisis) to be worsened.

      Pros

      People are fun, creative, whimsical and sometime quirky. You will be inspired around this group of people. They encourage open discussion and constructive feedback, which make hard conversations easy to proceed.

      Cons

      It's not very open when it comes to the company's critical strategy. I believed juniors can perform better and realize their potential given respect, a space, and just enough guidance, but not following the preference and established process of a senior. Sometimes it's difficult to work with so many talented yet distinctive people, as they all have their point view. But this could also be an upside.

      Pros

      Well known brand with tangible and famous project delivery. Overall Design Ecosystem is nice and fun. A lot of human well being consideration. Work place is really nice.

      Cons

      Current business context can create some tension and foggy visibility for employees. Merging with a bigger company group can create some unknown and tension.
