      Pros

      This company is great for grooming and for independent growth. This is because you are expected to sink or swim very quickly. Very, very flexible with hours. Fun place to work. Everyone for the most part is very friendly. Management for the most part are smart/brilliant people so you can learn a lot from them.

      Cons

      You have to pretty smart and on top of stuff because you really will be expected to get things done quickly and without much support. They expect too much for too little. Short staffed.

      Flexible work, great directors and VP's, lots of strong leadership, great place to kick off your career and move on 2-3 years.

      Cons

      Clients run the show, very demanding! Pay is lower than most. No work/life balance.
