      Reasonable workload and seldom feel very busy. Very Generous holiday and PTO No limitation on the methods you use for the project. You can try whatever you think reasonable.

      Cons

      Very small team. You can hardly collaborate with your colleagues on the same project. No close relationship with your colleagues
