      Great Company - Friendly people

      Pros

      The pros are that the management team is very nice. They try to have a family atmosphere at the workplace, which is nice. They work hard to try to make the business run smoothly and look out for the owners of the house and work with the tenants the best that they can. The PTO time given is reasonable.

      Cons

      When I was there, there was not any health insurance and you were on your own for health, dental, and vision insurance.

      Good pay, great flexibility in scheduling, company vehicle.

      Cons

      Absolutely no room for advancement if your in maintenance. The maintenance techs are run by the office workers that have no idea about maintenance and doesn’t care about your opinions. Constantly changing protocols to help keep track of things in the office even though it makes the maintenance team work harder. People in the office obviously look down on people out of the office. Very few benefits
