      Pros

      Creative and Innovative Company that allows you to excel at anything that you put your mind too. The environment is upbeat and you are able to learn vast amounts of technology. Your voice is always heard and valued. The CEO empowers there employees to excel with positive feedback and encouragement. You are able to work with a large group of people from around the world.

      I honestly can't think of any.

      Cons

      The CEO is arrogant and unprofessional. His lack of customer service skills will be the death of this company. Currently looking for better job.
