constant neglect regarding constructive feedback salaries way below the market range set of duties aren't in line with the received payment atmosphere of fake positivity, managers require you to smile during the meeting, no matter the circumstances, any feedback given is not properly dealt with most of the time, or turns against an employee who was brave enough to open up.
