The main issue for me was the location of the workplace. It is hard to reach if you do not have a personal mode of transport. They started building a new location around the time I was leaving, but I can't tell if it is complete by now. And also, the people from Hep are always changing. People come and go at a very high rate, each for different reasons.

Training was done by a person who was still in training. The person who was supposed to be training did not do it. Management knew this but never told her to train. The person training was only there 5 months and this person took over the training. Not sure how a person can be trained when the person who is training is still being trained. Very loud office. The assistant to the Controller would yell to him instead of getting up to talk to him. Management knew this but did not want to confront her about the situation. Management will micromanage. They will watch you to see if you are working at all times.
