Pros

No pros as such but timely salary for a startup.

Cons

This company is not really a company. It is ruled by a couple of people locally in India. There are no timelines, rules, or ethics. Most of the senior management are professional, except for a few low-grade, country-style thought-process leaders. They hire and fire at their own will, irrespective of the families dependent on the employees. Teams quarrel among themselves, and some leaders stop communicating after disagreements. It is a very weird workplace with minimal facilities and perks. Favoritism is at its peak for a few resources favored by local leaders. Funds, leaves, and WFH are handled by one person locally with a gibberish mindset. The rest of the management layers are mostly dummy. The founders are really great people with an extraordinary vision. The local leaders, however, are childish. Never join this organization unless you feel like living in a parallel universe.
