      1. Micromanagement 2. Fake promises 3. Nepotism 4. For 5 minutes meeting wait for 2 hours it's routine 5. Late setting and weekend work routine without payment 6. Long and unnecessary meetings after working hours 7. CEO not keeping his word. Zero credibility 8. Long islamic sermons and nill application on himself 9. In the name of training probation period take 6 to 7 months 10. Leads and PM hierarchy only for work without authority
