Pros

Great place to work. It was a hometown feel. The management was great. I had a very flexible schedule that worked with my kids. I enjoyed the job.

Cons

I only worked 12 hours a week so it was hard some times to remember how to do everything. When people Came in to do Iras and things like that it wasn't very common. A training book would have been nice

Pros

Customer loyalty was incredible. Most customers want to have a relationship with their banking team. Other employees were great. Always some you like, and others you don't, but ultimately made it very hard to leave the company.

Cons

"Stay in your lane" mentality. Not interested in long term employee goals.
