      Very flexible, work from home at your own discretion. Easy enough to apply for career break and time outs. - good pension structure - Everybody is super friendly and support is easy to find - Nice projects to work on - Very modern office - High autonomy

      Cons

      Poor communications across the business - office is not much big.
