Pros
The incredible talented, ambitious and hard-working individuals that join this firm, having been sold the promise of a growing, credible 'digital' consultancy and who quickly leave when they realise that the reality is far from the dream
Cons
- The place is an archaic, paternalistic autocracy with a despotic CEO who truly believes that all the staff should be eternally grateful to him for providing them with such appalling working conditions - Staff are relocated abroad at a moment's notice with no consideration for their home life or how a move would affect them - Staff based on assignment abroad are forced to fly low cost airlines at very antisocial times, cutting into their weekends. The subsistence allowance is pitiful and the accommodation that people have to stay in is atrocious - Expenses are never paid on time (and rarely in full) meaning staff that quite often poorly paid are out of pocket - When people join they are promised promotions, bonuses and salary increases that never materialise. The CEO does not like to put any of these promises in writing as it easier to renege on them ... or as he likes to brag 'words fly' - Random Italians appear in the office with no warning and are given jobs but not paid money, they are grateful for the opportunity to work for free because there is the hope of a paid job at the end of it. Despite their gratitude this is nothing short of exploitation - It is impossible to believe such archaic practices exist in this day and age and in such a forward thinking industry - Staff on long-term assignments are not able to take their holiday entitlement and at the end of the year they lose their it and are not able to either carry over or be paid it out, despite it being a legal requirement
