Pros
The head of the company was friendly and eager to chat whenever visiting our workplace. Managers are generally supportive and there was a friendly cast of returning customers.
Cons
Breaks are short and strongly enforced. No provision is made for staff to eat beyond a small discount, which is especially difficult when the shop regularly disposes of food at the end of shifts.
