      Difficult Management, No Advancement Opportunities, High Turnover, but Good Work Life Balance

      Pros

      Good work-life balance in terms of hours. Most of the people working there are friendly and helpful and there is a good team like environment.

      Cons

      Very high turn over. Mangamanet is hard to work with at times, limited or no feedback, unable to provide constructive criticism. No advancement opportunities, as the company is very small. Pay is very low, the MD hires people he considered "juniors" so he pays proportionally to what he considers your experience level to be.

      Pros

      Great place to learn and understand the basics of marketing and an agency. Reasonable hours and employee benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of growth and career development, which means a high turnover. Need a thick skin as feedback can be personal rather than constructive and there is a lot of office politics.

      A friendly, supportive, collaborative environment with lots of opportunity to self learn and learn as part of the team. Team were friendly, pizza Fridays, supportive management.

      Cons

      As an SME it has a relatively flat structure but there was opportunity to increase responsibility, experience and pay.
