      Pros

      No one really cares so you don't need to work hard

      Cons

      The senior team is horrible and disrespectful to the rest of the team Favouritism within all the teams Promotions to the wrong people No proceses are in place and no one even cares A lot of personal comments made behind employees back which are unprofessional and unacceptable

      Churn & Burn Account Executives

      Pros

      Strong clients from Nespresso, Britvic, Elizabeth Arden and Unilever. Would look good on CV for career progression at other agencies. If you intend to work at iD for experience (max 1 year) before moving on you can remain outside of any internal issues.

      Cons

      Fosters a 'churn and burn' culture (high staff turnover and limited progression for account executives). Long hours (expected to be on call evenings and weekends) for limited pay (average for an staffing or experiential executive around £18 - 19,000)

      Pros

      The office is in a great location, and the company provides solid tools to get the job done. My manager treated me well

      Cons

      The onboarding process was poorly managed, the trainer seemed disengaged and more focused on other tasks than actually supporting new hires. The work environment among colleagues was not very welcoming; if they don’t include you from the beginning, it’s unlikely that will change over time
