Lack of guidance, reluctant to help if you are facing issues. A lot of bad mouthing. Inhospitable and toxic working environment. Still got a lot of drama that is too painful to recall.

Bad project management. Rushing unrealistic project timelines. Unhelpful colleagues (maybe not all, but at least the team I joined). Don't ask question kinda environment, yet you need to know everything (even you just came in a week). You need to be a good magician here 1. No documentation here, just make things work 2. Product / Project Management are bad, no proper delivery framework 3. Business Side expect dev team to know the product requirement. (Maybe business team need to know what is Product Manager, hire some pls) 4. As a developer here, focus on creating more money for the team, quality of code is not important.
