IGO4 is a great place to work if you’re a relative of somebody who works in upper management or your face fits. If you fit into these categories then you can bank of getting any role you apply for or a role will be created for you without any advertisement for other employees. They say they focus on growing talented people however they don’t take the time to acknowledge the people who have talent or ideas about improvement. The place is run by managers who don’t know the job of the people they’re managing which begs the question of how can you manage something you know nothing about. People do not feel valued and are regularly penialised for absence even under extenuating circumstances. There is no concideration for each persons situation. Pay may get reviewed however this is very unlikely so if you want a job that pays you for the work you do this is not the place for you to work.
