      Good coworkers are the only reason to stay

      Cons

      1- Salaries delayed up to 75+ days regularly 2- Fraudulent activities and tax evasion 3- IGate fires people with reasons like "we accidentally hired you". This is an actual quote from an official termination email 3- No policies or SoPs 4- No clear direction, lots of politicking

      They give you lunch at office. and the office timing Is a plus starts from midday to 9:00 PM Salary bracket is a bit higher than the market.

      Cons

      Highly political environment. A bunch of old school mindset of guys running this business. If you are progressive mindset and want to learn and excel your career then this place is not for you.
