Pros

Nothing to be honest, except leave on time.

Cons

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing and I would advise potential employees to carefully evaluate before joining. The company presents itself as a tech based logistics organization, They have limited structure, resources, and established processes. The setup felt more like a developing show and tell. If they dont like someone they can kick you out without warning. There were several challenges related to Higher management style and workplace culture. Very Chinese biased company in top management with malay staff with plenty of conflict of intererst. Colleagues are unhelpful to newcomers and some even try to sabotage, creating a toxic work environment Expectations and directions were often unclear, and decisions frequently changed without proper alignment. There was a lack of well-defined SOPs, structured workflows, and transparent communication, which made it difficult for employees to perform effectively. Instead of addressing issues openly with employees, concerns were sometimes communicated indirectly, which affected trust and team morale. Likes to terminate people without any warnings or notices or valid reasons and forces staff to not compensate and state in resignation letter, A company with no basic decency towards employees and contracts think if he yells he can kick out people, the boss and son wants something but have no idea what they want Career growth and learning opportunities are nothing here. Employee management practices were another concern. There appeared to be a lack of structured performance review processes, proper warnings, improvement plans, or clear communication before major employment decisions were made. Dont trust anyone inside if you dont know them prior. Overall, the company may suit people for short term employments.
