      Salary defaulted, IT and PF defaulted since 2016

      Pros

      Good bpm product they have developed.

      Cons

      Tech employees salaries not paid since August 2016 PF and IT defaulted by company. If you ask for Form 16 they will threaten you. CEO always runs away from situation If you resign they will demand 30/40 lakhs as damage else wont provide relieving letter.

      Can learn few things from few ppl there.

      Very low package. No hikes. No facilities. Should work on weekends.

      Pros

      Founding team is a set of passionate people. They can motivate you to a certain extent. Convenient location.

      Cons

      A bunch of clowns run sales. They have a flashy website & all but don't get cheated. They don't even pay salaries on time. PF & IT have not been paid. Inaccessible top management. Irresponsible and negligent HR. No infrastructure like proper washrooms etc. There is one washroom for the entire company in the middle of the floor. Worst thing to happen to you if you end up here.
