Don't join the company, if you are a fresher
Pros
- There is no burden like they don't give pressure for work at least in initial phase - Flexible timing
Cons
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend joining this company, especially through a walk-in drive. Below are the key reasons: 1. Mandatory 2-Year Bond * After completing the training, employees are required to sign a minimum 2-year bond. * This condition is not strongly emphasized before joining but becomes compulsory afterward. * Before joining, candidates are told the package can go up to 3.75 LPA. * However, the actual offer is significantly lower than what is promised. 2. Limited Career Growth & Restrictions * The company restricts employees from switching jobs during the bond period. * Salary increments are minimal or not satisfactory. * Certain teams (especially the AI team) may not provide enough real project exposure. 3. Unprofessional HR Behavior * HR appears very friendly and supportive during onboarding. * However, their attitude changes noticeably during increment discussions or when you try to leave before the bond period. * Communication can become rude and unprofessional. 4. Unfair Team Culture * There is a noticeable imbalance in how teams are treated. * Some teams receive more attention, opportunities, and support from management than others. * Within certain teams (e.g., AI team), opportunities are not distributed fairly. Consider below points for AI team only: * Team lead tend to assign live projects and important tasks only to their favorite members. Other team members may not get equal chances to prove themselves. * Workplace culture may involve gossip-based favoritism. Employees who maintain close relations with team leads tend to get more opportunities. * This creates an unhealthy and discouraging environment. * There is a strong presence of favoritism and partial decision-making. * Growth and opportunities often depend more on personal connections than performance.
