Highly disappointing experience with Iplex. Since the new senior leadership was placed at the helm, it was clear that this would be a sign of an immature and poorly managed business to come. The lack of knowledge of the business & ability to trust existing employees among the executive team was evident in every interaction. Simple tasks were mishandled, and communication was consistently unprofessional, blinkered and frustrating.
Deadlines were missed repeatedly, redoing work & repeating conversations to service the lack of trust. Then only to be further disheartened, when issues were raised, there was little to no accountability. It felt like they were scrambling to figure things out as they went along, with no clear direction or leadership in place. The overall lack of organisational comprehension and competence left me questioning how this company operates at all. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you value reliability and professionalism.
