      Pros

      You’ll notice there are several honest reviews about the lack of management and training for employees. Then you’ll notice a rush of strategically placed reviews on July 1&2 2021 praising management. They’re smart. They know how to fix their public image.

      The company is growing so you can grow with it.

      Cons

      The management is a failure at planning. They know that the company is growing, and so is the workload, but still they aren't hiring enough people to share the workload. Might be because they want to save money.

      I cannot think of anything.

      Cons

      Management does not provide any kind of support of the employees. They don't conduct trainings, and they rarely address concerns raised by the employees. You will feel like there's no management all.
