Pros

People are friendly and supportive here. When you have questions, they would help you in any way they can

Cons

Products are not stable at all. You are expected to do extended working hours because you have to answer client calls early morning or late at night because there are lots of issues in the product. Clients are always irate because products are not stabe or have bad user interface (very old-school looking)

Lacks job stability and offers limited opportunities for career growth. Without adequate project documentation, there's a risk of miscommunication, and developers may be unfairly blamed if the outcome doesn't align with management's expectations.
