      Setup hotline I have all proofs about director taking money to hire and even promote people,he has hired around 8 people in datatech taking money ranging from 1-4 lakhs,all know here who those people are and shamelessly using them to clear interviews of more people and training initial months (see cc cameras and interview process of rejected candidates have still joined with different interviewer). Now he is even demanding more money to move people under him to product saying high hikes, Bangalore etc ,even if you say no then you get blackmailed.you simply have to just say yes to him else your life will become hell,one woman had paid less money than asked so he taunted like anything openly

      Hmm, trying to think of something positive, but nope, can't find a single thing. But , at least the office chairs are still standing, barely

      * Deciding to leave the company at the right time was undoubtedly my best decision, Working there was quite the experience. Some managers seemed to struggle with technical aspects, making it challenging to get solid guidance. * Feeling undervalued was unfortunately common, with little room to voice concerns about our work. * It was almost impressive how my manager could prioritise gossiping over actual work. I never quite understood how he became a manager; his main skill seemed to be spreading gossip among employees, rather than demonstrating professionalism. * No industry standard tools are used here, and yet they expect exceptional results with the provided resources. Clearly, they're aiming for the stars while handing us shovels.

      Worst Place to work

      There are no pros in this company do not join this company and if you are a fresher then this company is the worst place to start your career

      Cons

      Toxic work culture. There is no growth. Management doesn't invest in your personal or professional growth. Salary is very low and they over work you. Leadership mostly the team leaders are bad. They have budget constraints so you are not allowed to use industry standard tools in the projects. They hire you for some role and give any at hand task. ( you are expected to deliver out of your JD) Usually people leave the company within 4 months.
