      Pros

      - Flexible hours if you're working part-time. - Curriculum is easy to explain if you studied computer science. - Teaching to kids are a good experience to improve communication skills.

      Cons

      - The quality system isn't fair and provides inaccurate feedback with no regard of t he real situations - Instructors should be treated with more respect. - Salaries are below average. - Policies are not fair and they change it a lot.

      Good Salaries and Compensation compared to other places in Egypt Totally Online Good start for fresh grads and people who are waiting for the military certificate.

      Cons

      1- Forget about social life. 2- Late at transferring Salaries many times. 3- % is the percentage will be deducted from you if you are late to the session by 1 minute. 4- If you have a problem, only ask god for help, no one else will support. And HR don't respond. 5- Forget about social life. 6- You are not a human to the Company, you are just an account on their dashboard among of thousands of other accounts of instructors that generate money for the company. 7- If you try to be sociable and break the ice of remote work by suggesting to meet the team, the leader will refuse, if you try to visit the company HQ, they will treat you not like garbage, but even worse. 8- Are you seriously still thinking about social life here? 9- Don't build dreams to take vacations on this place. 10- Forget about social life.
