Pros

You can avoid the high management on 6 days of week.

Cons

Everything else. A typical slave camp. They try to rip of the customers and also members of staff...If you hate yourself, you have no family, but you have someone to pay your costs, hate Christmas and all what you want to do chase the money for someone else in a glass cube, then this is your place...

Pros

Nothing other than a steady salary

Cons

Unless you have a position with a fancy name you are a nobody in the company, no matter how much you do for them there is no appreciation at all, no transparent bonus scheme no salary raise, unpaid overtime that happens on a daily basis when closing and opening the stores and the list is huge
