Because it is a small company, people are allowed to harass their employees, and easily get away with exploiting Indians working offshore by paying them 1/4th the market wage a standard US employee would have to get paid. I have to say my experience is very valid and reflects the comments of people on Glassdoor and I think that to me is a red flag versus pointing fingers at a co-worker. **ITCO recruiters are pressured to produce despite having the hardest reqs (which come after the corporate recruiter are unable to fill the job or other vendor giants) than a normal staffing agency, and are therefore exploited, underpaid, and overworked - constantly put under threat of being fired or humiliated because of “POOR quality”. Often, even fighting against odds due to the fact that managers could tend to make whimsical/flawed decisions about submissions and blame recruiters for not questioning them. Upper management is arrogant, disrespectful and lazy. The manage is bitter, SOUR, irrational and purposeless woman with bad intentions. Moreover, this woman lacks judgement, class, integrity, character and creativity as an upper management employee. Her comments are extremely inappropriate and raunchy to a point you wonder if she even listens or comprehends anything like a normal human being. She taunts people who challenge her, and instead of taking feedback, she blocks them mid speech, and then sugarcoats her way into looking down upon you.
