Pros

Some good people in the building, lots of potential in the industry and markets.

Cons

The business has several unethical practices and operational/infrastructure issues, leadership/owners has habit of running businesses into the ground, mixed with below industry pay, no career advancement, or performance reviews; it is a burning building, get out while you can.

Pros

-Lots of really impressive accolades for prior achievements -Potential for success in their market -Potential to really make change in Kamloops -Sometimes there are beans in the espresso machine -Sometimes there are pizza parties -There were some interesting folks working there at one time -Scooters are pretty awesome -It's by the pulp mill so sometimes all the bull flying around actually gets a smell to go along with it

Cons

-What are ethics? -Near slave wages -Way out in the middle of nowhere with no transit or shuttle -Fake it till you make it -Watch mediocre people skyrocket to boundless heights defying logic and sense -Dishonesty as a commodity / Dishonesty as a Service (DaaS) whatever makes MRR -Minimal investment expecting maximum returns -Why do it right when you can do it cheap or lie -The belief that good technical and sales people are as simple and replaceable as construction workers and there is a limitless supply of them to burn through
