Pros

- Office location is great - Managers hear feedback - Startup like-ish

Cons

- While office location is great, offices themselves are horrible. - Managers do hear you, but they can't solve anything due to upper management. - They've starting to focus on quantity and not quality. - They act like they are a fresh google-like type but fail at everything. - Good to start but not to make a career and stay more than a couple years. - Salary well below City's average.

A descent place to start

Pros

You meet a lot of cool people, launch and learns are also cool. Will probably make a lot of friends here. CEO is a very cool guy.

Cons

Use of time doctor(tool to track your time) is very intrusive, salaries are bad, project managers are so bad and not as skilled as developers.

Nice environment, Open working, Self ownership

Cons

Poor salary structure, paying less than 10k as per market per month, few people who is above you will not pass your good feedback to the top management so that you will not get a good hike or promotion, you will not get a designation as per your year of experience and knowledge.
