Pros
Salaries were usually on time. Good size classrooms Many events during the year for kids and staff
Cons
A big cut in salary was made to all staff after the pandemic. A bit lenient with students. Too focused on image and what parents will think rather than focusing on the quality of the curriculum/textbooks.

Pros
Nice atmosphere with friendly helpful staff. Paid on time. Gained additional work teaching Business English at a local Japanese IT company.
Cons
Students in lower-level classes were sometimes unruly disturbing others within the class, with no defined system to stop their behaviour.
