Pros

Flexible Pay Schedule!- You'll never be bored waiting for your paycheck! Expect an average two-week delay on half your promised salary. Perfect for those who enjoy a monthly 'will they/won't they' financial thriller. Unprecedented Access to Leadership - The CEO is so dedicated to you, she’ll reach out at any hour—even on weekends—for things that absolutely could have waited until Monday. Forget work-life balance; embrace work-life integration! A Visionary Strategy - Forget reality. The CEO is a limitless visionary, promising clients revolutionary, non-existent, not-even-in-development solutions. You’ll be on the cutting edge of what isn't possible. Unbeatable Entertainment - Enjoy the CEO's running monologue and constant, insightful analysis of why every single former employee and the current lack of customers, cashflow and solutions is entirely their fault. You will even sometimes get to see her shedding tears on demand to customers, suppliers, staff and shareholders when things don't go her way.

Cons

Empress Syndrome: The CEO runs the company with a strict "her way or the highway" policy. Any gentle criticism is treated as a personal attack, guaranteeing a swift and highly personalized counter-attack. She runs around like a spoiled child throwing her food around and causing absolute chaos and expects her staff to clean up. Zero Accountability: All company failures—financial, operational, or strategic—are perpetually pushed down to employees (past or present), even though the CEO is the ultimate decision-maker and hiring authority. Guaranteed Burned Bridges: The CEO has an alarming habit of talking down and belittling rank-and-file employees at customer companies, ensuring that customer relationships are always on shaky ground. Operational Farce: Get used to hearing the CEO sell customers on fantasy solutions that every manager (Ops, Sales, CS, GM) knows are impossible to deliver. Expect significant issues with product delivery after payment is collected. Non-existent Work-Life Balance: Your personal time is not respected. Expect constant after-hours and weekend calls that disrupt your life for minor work issues.

Pros

Good colleagues to work with

Cons

Horrible, unredeemable management - nepotism: always hire someone she knows, regardless of their competency or whether skill set matching to their positions - favouritism: the different treatment, both in terms of day-to-day interaction and compensation based on the person is obvious even to a blind man - anger issue: always shouting, even for a tiny issue, sometimes even curse - fault finding culture: and irony enough, never hold accountability herself when it comes to her own mistakes - autocratic leader: typical for a small SME, never listen to advice from the respective team of expertise despite the lack of technical background herself - overpromising: always suck up to clients and overpromise unreasonable deliverables - disregard of basic employee's right: question staff for leaving on time, taking MC or AL, or even WFH in the time of pandemic

Pros

- Clean and nice environment - Nice and approachable colleagues - Big Carpark - Many eateries around - Easily accessible

Cons

- Wellfare and Benefits at it's minimum. - Getting shouted (vulgarities included) and commanded by CEO is a daily occurrence - Sharing of views will be shot down if not aligned with CEO - Effort recognition reserved for apple of CEO's eye only and mood dependent - Leaving work on time is a privilege
