Incredible group of smart forward thinking and kind individuals, working together cross functionally to create great e-commerce experiences. Solid focus on Shopify and committed to functional and individual professional development. Moved in to a remote work model allowing flexible working hours and location. Great work life balance, which can be rare to find in an agency world!
Cons
If you’re looking for a large team with more corporate defined structure, this may not be the right fit for you. iamota is a close knit team, with clear role definition, but also the flex to dip into other areas and expectations to support other departments and team members.
