Honestly, company boss ego is too big and nobody can fix it. If you say "I think this way," they get angry and fire you tomorrow. They don't care about making a good product, they only care about what the big boss likes.Also, their lawyer team is very scary. If you leave or say anything, they will sue you with many letters to make your life like hell. They have no heart, same like the industry they make software for. Very cold and bad.
