Leadership. The VPs and CEO and other upper-level management can't agree on anything and instead focus on acquiring more power than the others. I can't name a single product that benefitted from any of the upper-level managers' leadership. The people that do all the work eventually wise up and leave when they get a better opportunity.
Structure. There is no defined career path and managers always hired out instead of promoting people from within. I requested for a career path mutliple times over my time here and got multiple answers from mutliple people. This shows that they don't care about people growing here. All the VPs were hired from the outside even when more qualified people were already present in the company.
Benefits. Even though the vacation time and remote work is very nice, the other benefits are below average. There's no motivation to stay because leadership does not reward loyalty in the slightest. Your benefits do not get better with seniority.
Value. If you work here and are not in upper-level management, realize that you are a foot soldier. The upper-level managers will not consider your opinion in decisions because they don't respect you. You can easily be replaced from their point-of-view.
