      Great boss Decent work life balance Equity Smart and fun team

      Cons

      Low pay with equity, but equity doesn’t pay the bills White walls, no windows, commute sucks Management outside my boss doesn’t seem to get it when it comes to morale. Health benefits cost a lot and no competitive perks or benefits.

      Pros

      Got paychecks on time and for the correct amount. Can’t say much more on the positive about this company.

      Cons

      Management does not communicate and has very little idea on what they are doing. Constant lying and avoidance of taking responsibility are to be expected at all times. The company culture is one of being thrown under the bus or throwing others under the bus. It has a “start up culture”. The benefits are very lacking and management doesn’t listen to suggestions for improvements. Avoid working here.
