Extremely poor salary – Starts at ₹4500, only ₹9000 after 2 years of work. CEO is disrespectful towards employees and doesn’t value developers. Heavy reliance on ChatGPT for project requirements, often without clarity. Team leads lack accountability, waste time on social media, and only respond when the CEO follows up. No professional growth, recognition, or proper communication. No Professionalism, and Zero Respect for Employees basically for womens
