Pros
Exposure to outstanding complex technologies. Always up to date. Learning new stuff every single second. We get to build and investigate almost all technologies, libraries and techniques available around even if not utilizing them in a project.
Cons
Tolerance with bad employees, but honestly they go out at the end.
