The people - excluding most of the top management team!
Cons
For the most part top management is arrogant and out of touch. They talk culture and values but don't live it. Micromanagement is in high gear and suffocating the people and business.

Pros
Working as an intern at Ingredients PLUS has been a great experience overall. The work that I have done makes me feel like I'm truly integrated and a part of the team. I've been given meaningful assignments, not just paperwork and odd jobs. Compensation is generous. Everyone that I have worked with, from co-workers to managers, have been great, and many have been very good mentors for me. I can't recommend it enough.
