      small company, you get to learn a variety of things - sales, support, and projects.

      Cons

      poor culture, management wouldn't listen to an innovative idea from an employee. High turn off staff and no training. Working long hours.

Will have to learn large array of technologies which will assist in building your skills. Great management and admin people who will help / assist you while you are working or finished working at iseek
