The management promote their firm by talking about their work culture. But Reality is this place is full of favoristim. Nobody care about your talent and hardwork. They think they can keep employees stressed and underpaid by cutting cakes on their birthdays. Stupid it is. They talk about your merit when you put paper not during appraisal. They hire people with absolutely no idea what they are doing only because they draw less salary. They force employees to post positive reviews on Glassdoor. I pity myself for doing the same in the initial months. The sad part is this firm is running out of cursed money from students. Poor students are struggling to get placed. The directors and VPs are making money from the sweat of employees. They build their empire on lies and surviving on false student testimonials and fake reviews.

The branch manager and colleagues were supportive at the Bangalore branch. They make a lot of false promises during the hiring process. If an employee leaves, it takes a lot of time for replacement, and the pressure falls on those who stay. The focus is on profit, so they try to hire trainers for cheap, which results in low-quality training. Trainers do not receive incentives on time. There is no proper monitoring or measurement of the work done. There is always a lack of proper communication from the head office. The content needs a lot of improvement. Many topics are just copy-pasted from the web. The technical infrastructure is very poor, with no smart screens or devices. Most of the desktops are also malfunctioning. There is no proper coordination and follow-up for student placement. EMS & LMS are working on PHP, which is slow and full of bugs.
