Pros

On a positive side, the folks I work with closely are truly amazing 🌟

Cons

Since January, they stopped paying salaries, the company's on life support now 🚑 Irreversible damage has been done to the atmosphere and satisfaction – you name it RIP to the good times in the past, even if situation changes, it's never gonna be the same from now 😢

Pros

None. absolutely none. Run away

Cons

Management that is there to act like they are from mad men, positioning """""lower level""" employees as slaves that are there to validate c level. This company is built on lies.

A company that ran to its logical end

Pros

Decent pay, especially for people hired before the summer of 2023

Cons

Oh, where to start? This is the most toxic environment I've had the displeasure of experiencing. The executive team is invisible, never a word, an email, or a smoke sign has been uttered by the founders. I honestly don't believe they exist. In this day and age, I'm inclined to think they are made up by AI. The one person who usually seems to run things is the Chief People Officer, a sociopath who lacks the most basic communication skills and seems intent on creating the worst possible policies for people to be productive. She seems to have a direct connection to the founders, while every other smart person who was hired at the top level seems clueless as to what is going on. Poor decisions have been made, a product that doesn't seem to generate revenue is the result and bad behavior by senior leaders is rampant. There have been many rounds of layoffs at this stage, and the company hasn't paid salaries since December 2023. From more than 300 people at the start of 2023, less than 100 will be left after yet another round of layoffs. The morale is extremely low and anyone with a brain is trying to leave the ship before it sinks. If they survive with some miraculous cash injection in the next weeks they'll run out of engineers and will have to restart with new people, who will lack the context of what happened. So, dear Glassdoor users of the future, don't be fooled by this company. The lure of the siren can be strong, so before deciding if you want to join think about the following: * would you like to be mandated to come into an office? * would you like to be micromanaged? * would you like to see your team decimated one by one? * would you like to see the People team dictating performance reviews? * would you like to change teams every six months? * would you like to not have a corporate strategy? * would you like to get all of your questions to leaders ignored and actively removed? * would you like not to get paid for your work? If you answer yes to all of the above, then proceed.
