Pros
First of all this does'nt look like company, management people are like street guys and they never know how to talk professionally. HR never knows what to do in the office. She even does'nt know what an HR should be like. She is like school holding degree person. Top Management boys are like "working in some shops. Once you join this company, you will regret only.
They will ask u to work each and every time even if you stuck into work for 20 hours a day, they will shout on you in front of all people. If you ask for a few days leave even if you have some urgency, they will directly refuse it, otherwise they will Terminate you before intimating you, and when u reach to office after your leaves, you will not be able to go inside the office. They deduct too much amount from ur salary even deduct of every single day leave / half day leave. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO REGRET OR LOOSE YOUR JOB / CAREER, NEVER CHOOSE THIS COMPANY, OTHERWISE IT WILL BE BIG TROUBLE FOR YOU.
Cons
People are so nonsence, and they hire candidates who is even holding non graduate degree. You will never feel that you r working in the company, you will feel like you are working in some place which is worst than a small shop. They dont have any policy NOR having any kind of talent in the office. They mainly focus on terminating people. Try to some other firms if you want to secure ur learning and career.
