      Pros

      The main thing I love about mPharma is the willingness to help each other succeed at their work. Well, that's the second best thing. The number 1 best for me is the remote work option. The culture is just great here and everyone is given the benefit of the doubt to try, learn and fail which in my opinion is great for a startup working in uncharted terrains.

      Cons

      Previously, not all employees received end of year bonuses. Hopefully this year, that is meant to change.

      Pros

      It was an OK place up until the funding ran out thanks to outrageous spending and hiring of expensive talent.

      Cons

      Shifting goals that aren't well communicated. Fraud is rampant in the co. Croonism and favouritism is what determines your promotion. If you are in support of the CEO and his often misguided strategies you will thrive otherwise you will be edged out. They woke up and shut down offices and discontinued business units one morning laying off hundred of staff due to mismanagement of funds and lack of proper strategies. Benefits vary by country with some having zero insurance while others do. HR department is a joke.

      Pros

      You have to do your best and bring in results. Then you will have no issue with anyone. It is really a fantastic place to be and grow.

      Cons

      I really can’t say much about the cons. Just avoid giving excuses on why you can’t bring in results
